  1. Aww, you two look so freaking adorable! And that food looks delicious. What are those things in the middle? Are they cookies or something? They look magnificent. I’m so happy that you are living again. I bet now you have an entire new appreciation of life. I only just started my second month of my second TSW… so I feel like I can’t wait to get further into it. Seeing your blog really helps us warriors because we see clearly laid out in front of us that the suffering is going to be intense but the healing does come. Thank you, Juliana! Keep enjoying your life!

    • hey Deanne, thanks for your lovely comment🙂 it brightens up my morning to know that I’ve given you hope!!!

did you mean the green things? it’s matcha and coconut milk agar jelly.😀 the brown things are cookies.

you are right, I do have an entire different outlook on life now and it’s serving me well. I believe it will continue to make me a better person than I used to be.😉 unexpectedly good “side effects” of TSW!

I hope you can continue to stay afloat above the TSW monster. being positive helps time pass by easier. good luck and stay strong!

      xoxo

      • I’ve enjoyed reading your blog! Im happy to see you’ve succeeded through steroid withdrawal. It’s amazing how long you stuck it out for because it’s not easy and there are definitely days where you wonder why do I have to have this? I first broke put with eczema for the first time 2 years ago. I struggled for the first year and my boyfriend was so frustrated with me because I refused to take any antihistamines or apply topicdl steroids. For months I walked around with oozing wounds and itchy, red, angry skin. I changed my diet for a few months to gluten free diet to clean out my body of all the sugary carbs I consumed over the years, I meditated, saw an acupuncturist, and used an all natural topical called “Dr. Wheatgrass.” The best way is the natural way. I was lucky enough to find this product online that helped and still helps me with flares. Even when my skin is clear I contjnue to use it as it helps with acne as well. I wish more people knew about this product. It’s called Dr. wheatgrass. I found it randomly online when I was desperate and googling other treatments for eczema. The website is http://www.grassfactor.com. It’s all vitamins and wheatgrass, no steroid and helps through steroid withdrawals. The wheatgrass cream and the spray helped me tremendously and it’s all I use when I have a flare or itchy skin. The spray works great because t dries quickly after delivering it’s properties to the skin. The cream I use after showering and everyday on my face even when my skin is clear, because it makes my face smooth and evens skin tone. I personally find that the spray works a little better than the cream for eczema. Just want to spread the word about this great product. You can purchase it online. But it sounds like you in particular may not need it as you have been doing so well. Thanks for sharing your story and inspiring others. Topical steroids may be a quick fix but the long term side effects are not worth it 😔.

      • hi jaqueline, thanks for your recommendation and review on the wheatgrass products! i believe that wheatgras is very nutritious and detoxing for the body. i also agree with you that the best way is the natural way🙂 i do hope people in need can try out the product to see if it works for them the way it worked for you! currently my skin and health is reacting well to the traditional chinese medicine🙂
